MAC Beauty is looking for a Beauty Therapist who would like to take their career in the direction of a skin specialist.  The successful applicant will be passionate about skin health and willing to take on a role which does not include traditional beauty services (waxing, massage and tinting).

The role will include providing skin assessments and and treatments as well as advise our clients on the best treatment plans to achieve visible results through treatments such as Microdermabrasion, Sonophoresis, Peels, Light Therapy, VPL Photorejuvenation and Laser Hair Removal.

We offer ongoing support and coaching to help you achieve your goals along with ongoing in-house training at our dedicated training academy for you to truly develop your career in advanced treatments.

You will work with a fabulous team of like-minded professionals including our Registered Nurses (our Cosmetic Injectors).  Already, you will be an effective communicator and have confidence about communicating with clients about treatment information, and describing the benefits of ongoing treatments and skincare.

Your background, experience and personal attributes will include:

• Recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy
• Passionate about skin health and giving great customer service
• A desire to grow and be part of a high performing team
• Experience with sales targets and you will be happy to get involved in promotional activities
• A positive, professional approach

This is a permanent full time position from Tuesday to Saturday with 2 late nights till 7pm.  The package is made up of a hourly rate plus commission.  You will also receive product buying privileges and treatment allowances.
